Kelsie Olynyk joined ISN in early 2016 as a Background Screening Analyst. Utilizing her educational background, Kelsie quickly became trained in the Fingerprinting Office and Communications Center, before being hired full-time as the Operations Coordinator. Kelsie’s roles and responsibilities include; coordinating insurance surveillance files, managing investigators calendars, generating social network reports, reviewing surveillance reports, and assisting investigative specialists with locate and open source intelligence reports.
Kelsie’s professional experience began four years ago in an Account Representative role at a custom athletic apparel company where she grew to be the Director of Human Experience. Kelsie’s main responsibility was to foster partnerships rather than customers. As the first point of contact she effectively managed the Sales and Production teams to ensure the client’s vision was created.
Kelsie went to McMaster University where she spent a year in the General Social Science stream. Her interest in the criminology and justice field led her to transfer to the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Her professional experience coupled with an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Justice have led Kelsie to her current role at ISN.
